Light intensity and schedule checklist

- [ ]  Monitor light intensity using a PAR meter or quantum sensor
- [ ]  Maintain optimal light intensity levels for each growth stage (e.g., 300-600 µmol/m²/s for veg, 600-1000 µmol/m²/s for flower)
- [ ]  Set up a lighting schedule that matches plant needs (e.g., 18/6 or 24/0 for veg, 12/12 for flower)
- [ ]  Use automated timers or controllers to manage lighting events consistently
- [ ]  Monitor and adjust light spectrum according to plant growth stage and requirements
- [ ]  Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain lighting fixtures and systems
- [ ]  Replace or upgrade lighting components as needed to maintain optimal performance
- [ ]  Train staff on proper lighting management, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- [ ]  Record lighting schedules, intensity levels, and any adjustments made
